School Bus Registration

Application Deadline: June 1, 2024

$100 Late Fee for applications received after June 1

Who needs to register for Bus transportation for the 2024/25 school year?

All urban (in town students - Ponoka, Lacombe, and Blackfalds).
All students new to transportation (ECS or changing schools and are new to busing).
All students who are moving to a new address.
All Cross Boundary students must re-register every year.

Who does not need to register?
Rural students who have not had a change in address or school location.

What do you need to do to register?
Street address if urban, Legal land description and complete 911 address if rural.
Applications are submitted online through the Parent Portal or SchoolEngage.
