Walk for Kids’ Sake is an annual fundraising event in support of Big Brothers Big Sisters of Lacombe and Districts mentoring programs, which provide guidance, friendship, and support to local youth. Funds raised ensure we can continue matching children and teens with caring mentors, helping them build confidence, resilience, and strong relationships.

This year’s theme is Safari Adventure! On June 5th, our grade 7 students will become explorers on a Safari Leadership Challenge, tackling 10 interactive stations inspired by the skills needed to navigate the wild—just like great mentors do! There will be 10 Safari-themed stations which will include hands-on challenges designed to build leadership, communication, and teamwork.
